How this website handles your information

• No tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools.
• No online forms. Nothing you enter on this website is sent to us. The surgery date planner works entirely in your browser and is never sent to us or stored by this website.
• Browser setting. The website keeps one small setting in your browser so the opening animation plays only once per visit. It contains no personal information.
• Maps. The office map loads from Google only if you choose to show it. Google's privacy policy then applies.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our web host may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and operations.
• Email. Email isn't secure. Please don't send medical information, images or records by email; call the office instead.
